Certain goods cannot be returned for refunds once they have been used e.g. panties, toothbrushes, etc. Unless you can prove that there was a manufacturing fault. If you tried the bike out and thought it was OK and bought it, you may not get a full refund. You could try it on and see.

No, you have no right to a refund for anything you purchase from a shop unless it is faulty and "not fit for purpose". If the bike is working as it should but you just don't like it, then the shop MAY decide, as a good will gesture, to give you a refund.

The only time you have the right to return something for a refund is when you buy something over the internet or from a catalogue where the distance selling act comes in to play

No. The seller does not have to take the bike back. Unless it is "not of merchantable quality". In other words unless it is faulty.

depends where you bought it. like at walmart you can return it but im not sure about a bike shop.

You have no "rights" if you just find you cannot get on with it. That would only be if it was faulty, making it unfit for purpose. If you speak nicely to them they may do something for you, but that would only be a commercial decision for the sake of customer satisfaction.

If it's in brand new condition yes you can take it back. If you've ridden it for the past few days you might not be able to get a refund. The best thing to do would be phone the shop where you bought it, explain the situation and ask what they can do to help.
If you go in all guns blazing demanding a refund it is unlikely you will get one!
