If I bought a brand new Blackberry on eBay, is it covered by any warranty?

I bought this brand new, still in the box Blackberry Storm on eBay about 6 months ago, and now the power jack is loose in it, so I have to hold it a certain way for the phone to charge. Is this covered by any warranty?
