If I bike ride 10km daily, + walk an hour in 2 stages.. Is that enough to get fit?

I ride 10km in the mornings, walk 30 minutes a bit later in the morning, and 30 minutes of walking again at night.
Every day.
I'm not overweight, but I am a little bit chubby.. and i'd really like to get that little bit more fit, toned and skinnier.

Is what i'm doing now enough to actually get fit, or should I be doing more?
