I'm just wondering, to see how much I could do to loose atlease 10 pounds this summer

P.S.- I will also be doing other exercises, (not just biking..) but I would like to know how much it would be, and I'm eating healthy too.
P.P.S.- I'm not overweight, but have a really high chance of low/high chloesteral or whatever (the one that means I gain weight fast) since practicly my whole family has it.. so I wan'na make sure I'm healthy (doesn't make sense, but cha know, I needed an excuse
)
Please, don't give me a lecture on how I'm young and shouldn't care... it wont change my point of view, I'm young, and I do care about it ( espeacialy since I'm influenced by the media to always be skinny and perfect.. gaah.. I wish. )
