Depends. If he retired out of the military then you are covered in full as well as him and your children through the VA. Same goes if he is rated at 100% disability.
But if he spent anything less then 20 years in (not retired out) and/or he isn't rated at 100% disability, then no, you are not covered. But he has complete medical care through the VA. But no medical for you or your children.
Tricare goes out the door the second he signed the papers to get out, it is now all through the VA, which sucks worse then Tricare.
