My dream is to go a university in New York. I have what it takes to get into that university but I do not have the money to pay for the tuition because I am not an American resident. If I was a resident then I could also apply for financial aid... The idea behind this is to then transfer from the community college to the university that is if by that time I had residency.
if i attend community college for a year can i get American residency?
