D Dr J New member Apr 28, 2010 #1 its the Carlisle city council? i wouldnt tell them but i wouldnt plan on using it as a green waste bin, but put it on a pile of bricks, tap my roof drainage into it and fit a tap at the bottom. lol would work i think. clever me =]
