...universities/colleges overseas? In particular the American University of Cairo? Would the scholarships be accepted there, because it is an American University? If i have a full 4 yr to whatever school, would they accept it?Do you think I could get in with SAT I scores of 1690, my GPA is 97.0516, and i rank number 37 in my class of 383 students, do i have a good chance,plus i would need a lot of financial aid.Also do they require SAT subject tests?

What about the Simon Fraser School in Vancouver, BC, would they take them too? Thanks in advance.
