I'm thinking about getting 2 hifonic 15" subs. They are 2400RMS each. I will have them wired parallel to a mono amp, running a 1ohm load. This puts out 2000x1 @1ohm. So thats 4000 total RMS watts because the amp is bridged. Its a boss amp by the way. Anyways, with this much power, am I gonna need to get a new alternation and more batteries, or sense I'm only using one amp will my stock battery and alternator be fine?

If you use the correct gauge wiring between your Battery, Amp, Speakers...you'll be OK. I used 4 gauge wire throughout my system. I have dual 15 inch Rockford Fosgate subs in my trunk powered by two 1000 watt Sony Explod amps. The rear deck speakers(6x9's) plus the two speakers(5'') in the dash are connected to a Jenson 800 watt 4 channel amp This system was professionally installed without the need for capacitors or alternator upgrade.

If you have a car then yes, SUV or truck maybe. depends on you alternator and what else you car or truck is using powerwise. But you will only be pushing 2000w rms max and at about 75% efficiency thats about 1500w rms. hook it up and check to see if your volt
