...new school, will i get it back? I was placed on financial aid suspension for this coming fall semester.
I have no means what so ever to pay for school without the help of financial aid.
I didnt meet my school's "academic standards of progress" and i think the reason was because i dropped a certain percentage of classes. I had no idea that was a rule, by the way. I stayed above half time status.

My question is, if i start at a new school for the fall, will i still be on suspension? Or could i get financial aid there?
I did an appeal last semester for extenuating circumstances. So they probably wont do it again just because i didnt know the rules.
 
Go speak to the financial aid office at your school. You may be able to dispute what they are doing since you were unaware of it.
