I looked like I had just come from the country club, and definitely not like a thug.
he then proceeded to give me a ticket for improper display of license plate (no front license plate), and following to closely. My car did not come with a front license plate, they just gave me an extra. I had to switch to the right lane and doing so he said I was too close to the car in front of me. B.S.
