The Consumer Protection Agency has dictated to Motorcycle shops the they will not knowingly "Sell" an ATV to someone that does not meet the age requirements for that machine. Even if your parents come in and ask them to sell the ATV to them for their 14 year old child they must by law refuse to sell it to them. Most shops I have worked for make the person buying an ATV sign a sworn statement that the ATV is for the appropriate aged rider, thus releasing them of any liability.
Now what happens after the sell is you to your parents
Oh and it's 16 for both of those ATV's
