If I already have a college degree (5 year plan) but did not play a sport

ever, can I go back to play? I went to college in 2000, graduated in 2005. I never tried out for a college sport, nor played any organized ball. I am interested in playing football, and would like to go back and get another degree, and play football in the process...but I keep hearing that your eligibility is 5 years only, from which the clock starts ticking when you start college. well, its 2009, 9 years past since I started college.
is there anyway Can I play NCAA?
