And don't tell me that doesn't remind you of Genshiken
 
You always hear about the amazing things Japanese Otaku would make in the 80's, like the daicon animations, its good to hear that crazy spirit is still intact in Japan.

Oh how badly I want to read this! (seems to corabine two things I love)
 
Honestly I want to read that Hellsing parody too, I can picture Alucard preaching about yaoi, and it would be hilarious!!!

Hey we might see another GAINAX in a few years, because those Daicon Animations were epic!!

And I think I have that crazy spirit too, because I draw and come up with some weird ideas for manga
 
One of the things that makes Genshiken so good is that if FEELS very real. Seeing the pictures in that article made me laugh, since I could see that room almost being used for a live-action Genshiken series.
 
You know what that could work, that could really work, but then again I don't really like it when manga is adapted into live-action, but still it's a good reference
