If everything is stock in my Truck (Sound System)?

What would you suggest me getting to make my truck's system have 500 watts RMS or more? I'm not sure what all I would need. Just subs, or subs and amps, new wires, etc.

I have a 07 Ford F-150 btw.
It's an XLT

So short bed, extended cab.
