If Enceladus is a frozen world why does it have geysers?

i was reading news about Enceladus. And I got thinking .. if it's a frozen world why does it have geysers?
 
Current believe is that it's not completely frozen and that there may be liquid water under the surface. This could happen due to the tidal forces from Saturn stirring and warming the water under the ice.
