..."every moving animal"..? After the flood God told Noah "Every moving animal that is alive may serve as food for you". If fruits and vegetables were and still are healthier then why did God make this provision?
Vegetarian/vegan Christians - your answers please.

God did not order Noah to eat meat but said that he may. My Bible says, "Every moving animal that is alive may serve as food for you. As in the case of green vegetation, I do give it all to you." Genesis 9:3

I disagree
You can live much more healthier by avoiding all meat with only one possible exception and that appears to be the need for vitamin B12. One ounce of nuts a day will provide all the fats you need and avocado, olives and other vegetable foods contain fats.
