If during sex between two consenting adults, one tells the other to "stop", and the other immediately stops, is it considered rape?

I'm looking for answers with some kind of sources here, not just your guesses. Please specify which country's laws you are basing your answer on.

Thanks!
I'm guessing this makes for a very tough case. If one of the people wants to push it, it will really end up as word against word.

It depends on the jury. There is a famous case of a man in Australia who was having sex with his mistress when she told him to stop. He thrusted exactly one time after she said stop, and for that he was convicted.

Not enough details.
At what point does the individual say "Stop"?
During foreplay? Oral? While entering? During Intercourse?

Yes, rape is one of the most difficult charges to prove. Especially with a good defense attorney.
