time you say something? I experienced this when I was younger. I would have a good idea and two second later my brother would be copying me so my great idea was diminished because he had the product of my idea as well.
So if I am trying to convince a judge that I am better than someone but every time I do something my opponent whips up something similar to what I have and to the unknowing eye that makes us look equal even though all my opponent is doing is copying me... how do you defend against that type of opponent?
Likewise, how do you defend against an opponent who randomly argues in all directions with the intention of creating as much confusion and doubt as possible? I mean this person is an absolute idiot but the argument techniques, though childish, work pretty well.
