If CSG program is a scam, what can i do to get my money back? i already sent like 48

dollar ? i saw this program on a job newspaper...it say to mail them 48 dollar and they will mail everything for you including stamp and stuff. i sent them 48 dollar and now i'm thinking it's a scam and what can i do to get my money back i sent them a money order! HELP!
