If Christianity is a book religion,?

If Christianity is a “book religion,” how did it flourish during the first 1500 years of Church history when the vast majority of people were illiterate?

People reading from the book in a language most people couldn't understand talked about what it said, and were in power. So they made sure the people who couldn't read the book still knew a few of it's laws and followed them.

Illiteracy is Christianity's greatest weapon and continues to reign as its primary political goal.

That 1500 years represents the Dark Ages, when Christianity held supreme political power, allowing it to destroy all knowledge achieved by the great ancient civilizations and turn the search for secular (non-biblical) knowledge into a criminal offense punishable by imprisonment, torture, and death.

Today, they insist on replacing science in our public classrooms with the creation mythology of illiterate Bronze and Iron Age Semitic tribes of illiterate goat herders.

America is the most scientifically illiterate of every developed nation in the world - and you can thank the Bible Belt for that achievement.
