My brother finally has been charged with a 3rd degree felony Burglary charge after a 2 year investigation. He got mixed up with the wrong crowd and his 2 friends burglarized a home and he was the look out. He has a really good job and since has went to rehab and cooperated in every police interview or anything they have asked him to do. I just was wondering if they would defer his sentence to let him work and pay restitution to the people and the state?
