If casual sex is so common why do women seem to still get upset?

If casual sex is so apparently common, according to a previous question I asked, then why do women react so negatively to a guy who states clearly that he is interested in wanting a regular f__budy or friend with benefits?

Or why can't a guy just chat to a girl in a bar and then say after a few bits of fun chit chat, "would you be interested in having sex with me on a regular basis?"
 
I would assume that most girls have no interest in casual sex and if she does society will label her a slut and nobody WANTS to be a slut. The girls who do want casual sex are few and far apart and when you find her at the club she will be interested, but until then you'll get the bitchy girls who dress like a skank yet be overly offended by the suggestion.
