If cannibalism is against the law?

Shouldn't xtians who take part in the communion be arrested? They do believe in the actual "transubstantiation" of bread into human skin/organ meat, and then they eat the human flesh.
Would it be denying christ to deny the transubstantiation in court? If you can't deny it, wouldn't christians be compelled to plead guilty?
 
if there's no law there's no sin.
if you can eat the 'flesh' without killing then you have not violated the law.
it's the killing that is against the law.
 
You must not be real familiar with the term "symbolic." Maybe you should look it up.
