...manner, is it cyber-bullying? I won't name any names, but there is an adult on the internet, who claims to be fighting for a cause that I respect, but at the same time, she is attacking a large group of persons (I am part of that group) and she claims everything she posts is "educational" and although some things she posts is true- she is repeatedly demeaning, attacking, and acting just completely hostile towards said group of people. She also posts pictures of various persons of the group on her blog (she takes video stills from their YouTube videos) without the peoples permission. This has been going on for a few years now. I realize I'm not being very detailed.
So, my two main questions are: Is this cyber-bullying? Can I report this to law officials/police in the chance her blog can be taken down?
