...girlfriend..(continued on inside)? and it's consentual, it's still considered against the law correct because she's not 17? Well what if they dated for two more years after this sex while continuing to have sex and then they brake up. Could he still get into trouble for having sex with her while she was underage? Or no?
 
Depends where you live. Where I live the age of consent is 16 so nobody will care. If it's 17 where you live then it might be illegal and it doesn't matter how long they dated for.
 
Doesn't matter if it's consensual. All it takes is for her to get ticked off and say something, or for her parents to find out. Laws are Laws
