If after discussing with a plastic surgeon what the clients goal was...?

I was wondering if you have rhinoplasty, the details were discussed with surgeon, and he does something you asked not to be done... resulting in total assymetry and deformity of the nose with the face... it becomes worse than it was prior to surgery

should he perform the revision rhinoplasty for free???

if he says he won't do it, can i sue him???
