...wait to get promoted.? I was wondering how the waivers work and could I have the web-site stating the waivers procedures and everything.
 
Well, with the way the regulations are written, with waivers they COULD be immediately promoted to E-3 and then to E-4... but it isn't going to happen.

Since they just got an Article 15, they are on the sh!t list, and they will wait at LEAST the full amount of time to make PFC - a minimum of six months.
