...terminates, is there any recours? I have a wage garnishment for child support. A new creditor, student loans, wants to garnish. I have informed them of the first garnishment. And I have informed them that a second garnishment will result in termination from my employer. If the second creditor proceeds with the garnishment, and I am terminated from my employer, do I have any recourse with the second creditor for loss of employment?
