if a ported box is made too small for 3 12 kicker l7?

if i make a small ported box for my 3 12 kicker l7 to fit in my honda accord trunk will it still hit hard or no or should i just make it sealed and what will be louder inside the car and outside as well and has more vibration!!!
 
2 Kicker in the right sized ported box is going to sound a lot better than 3 in the wrong size box. I'm sure you could get the right size box if you try assembling the box within the car.

You should always try to make the box to the recomended specs. If the box is too small the subs may not sound the best they could.

If the box is gonna have to be small you might as well just find the specs for a sealed enclosure and do that...
