If a person makes good money, will it cure them from mental illness?

I'm currently struggling financially and stress a lot. When I stress and get headaches, I become uncontrollably outrageous and makes me think negative. I don't know if my current condition is mental related.

Do you think wealth is the cure to mental illness? True or false?
