If a Nissan 300zx 1990 has 200,000km's is it worst buying?

I am looking at this car to buy, it cost $5,500 exterior/interior is really great, but i was just curious about the engine, i am yet to test drive it, but i just wanted to see if someone out there would have more knowledge in the area?
 
That is a wonderful vehicle. with 200000kms or 124000 miles the engine might be at the point were stuff falls apart. test drive it and have it inspected by a mechanic before you buy it. maybe try haggling down the price a little
