If a married man blames his cheating on his wifes lack of sex, is that always true?

if he says "we used to do it at 2:00am when I would get home from my music gigs, but not anymore, if she would do it I would be fine with just going straight home"

Is this just a line men (and women) use to get off the hook...would they go home?

its just a line, because if she doesnt sleep with him, they can divorce or agree on an open marriage.
nothing justifies lying, and putting an unsuspecting person at risk for STD

There is not reason to cheat, if you want to have sex with someone else leave your spouse. Don't keep them around incase something doesn't work out, that's selfish. Maybe he isn't fullfilling her needs and that's why won't have sex with him.

A cheat who acts like that generally has a difficult time acknowledging their responsibility in screwing around. I'm sure it's the case sometimes but I was always fun and available for my ex and he cheated. Why? Because the opportunity was there and he wanted to see what it was like. Smart, huh?
