Waking up partway through and saying NO is too late. It's not fair. This has happened to me before. I was too sleepy to stop it. I felt like used miserable trash afterwards. I was called a liar for charging rape. All my friends were turned against me. I have never forgotten it. And this question upsets me very deeply.
I am angered by women who falsely charge rape but this was not fair to call me a liar. I have never gotten over it. If I ever see that man again I will want to knee cap him for what he did to me.
And YES I had an abortion.

It all really depends. Most likely, she will wont say its rape because if you are getting raped, you wake up and realize whats going on, you dont go to sleep.
