If a girl talks on her cellphone a lot ...?

I like this girl at work and I was planning on asking her out but I noticed recently she talks on her cell phone whenever shes on break, so I was wondering if that means shes not single? I know she lives with her sister and talked about her mom coming from asia soon, (kinda forgot when lol), I just wanted a second opinion.

I forgot to mention that shes not talking English on her cell, which is why I was asking lol
 
It could mean a number of things.The best way to find out is to talk to her during her break and simply ask. Good luck.
