if the husband complains ? What does Adultery law in China says about this relationship and also what is the punishment for both the parties , the Chinese woman and the foreigner ?
 
If you are a foreigner in any country people are going to be extra judgmental.

I'd guess more so in China BECAUSE there are SO RELATIVELY FEW foreigners there.
 
Well she knows better and apparently you do also.

She is married, she does not belong to you nor you to her.

Ask yourself what you would do if you were on the other side of this situation. Maybe you should go very far away.
 
This is very touchy in China it will depend on status and whether or not you are worth propaganda to the government. Good luck
