recover after they've been moved t? After the fish have been moved to a clean tank with new conditioned water, how long should it take for them to recover?
They were removed from the big tank (the one with high nitrites) within just a few hours. I have them in a small quarantine tank right now which I'll be cleaning probably 2-3 times a week since it's really not big enough for the fish in it. (3 guppies, 1 zebra danio, 1 dwarf gourami)
The dwarf gourami and zebra danio seem perfectly fine, it's the guppies that I'm worried about.
I'm not sure what to do about the big tank though. I've tried a 70% water change, added conditioner which is supposed to neutralize ammonia and detoxify nitrites... nothing seems to work though =/
