i was subpoenaed for a lawsuit and the person suing is requesting the court to make me provide my social security number
it was delivered by an officer and i have to go in front of the judge but the request is from an individual and the courts are trying to make me give her my personal information which i feel is not an appropriate action by the court what are the laws regarding this can a court force me to turn over my personal information
