if a court orderd you to move out of an apartment within 10 days does that

count weekends? my landlord an i went to court and the judge gave me10 days to move out... i was just wondering if i count the week days to...

I'm pretty sure 10 days is calender days.

Try paying your rent and you would not be in this situation.

If it doesn't specify 'business' days, then it is calender days.
