if a boy and girl both aged 13 had sex, what would happen?

like, the girl isnt pregnant, they used a condom, all of that, but would either go to jail/sex offinders register or anything?

Not really because they both agreed to do it. Unless one of them was forced then yes.
 
The legal consenting sex age is 16....but who is going to know? It doesn't matter in terms of legality. The worst that will happen is they will be dubbed promiscuous.
 
well don't tell anybody. and wait a couple of years when you are more responsible. if you are second guessing it, it was probably a mistake.
 
It's against the law only if one is 18 or over but like you said they're 13, they're a little too young but besides that I see nothing wrong.
 
I'm guessing that you are the 13 year old girl. That's kinda gay..I bet you don't even really know what it is or how to do it. You shouldn't be doing that with a guy that you aren't in LOVE with. And don't be all like "oh i am in love with him' your 13 and still in middle school. I don't get why kids think they are so grown up now, it's kinda pathetic.
