so, for how long? in the state of florida, and if the girl gave consent, and the girl is now 17 and the baby is already born

The age of consent in Florida is 18, but close in age exemptions exist. By law, the exception permits an adult younger than 24 to engage in legal sexual activity with a minor aged 16 or 17.
794.05 Unlawful sexual activity with certain minors.-- (1) A person 24 years of age or older who engages in sexual activity with a person 16 or 17 years of age commits a felony of the second degree.

If an offense under this section directly results in the victim giving birth to a child, paternity of that child shall be established. If it is determined that the offender is the father of the child, the offender must pay child support pursuant to the child support guidelines.
 
Yes, it's statutory rape. The young lady was a minor, so her consent does not matter.
If anyone finds out, you will be a registered sex offender for it, if it was just inappropriate touching. Since it's clear there was intercourse, you'd be facing up to 15 years in prison (in the state of Florida, that is.)
