IE HTML editor, how to add dreamweavver to the list?

in IE 6.0, when i go to tools, internet options, and then the programs tabs, i see a dropdown menu for a HTML editor, how can i add Dreamweaver to that list? it currently has notepad, and ms word?
How can i add other progams to that list in the dropdown
