idvd question about transfering images from one project to another?

I created a slideshow in idvd. I had an error and have no sound on the menu, so I created another project and the sound works... My problem is the only place all the photos are in the correct order is in the original project. How can I transfer the pictures from one idvd project to another... you can copy the pictures but it doesn't let you paste or drag them anywhere and I reallly don't want to organize these photos again.... HELP
