I've been looking for a specific piece of music from the Doctor Who series for some time now, but I've found nothing. It comes from the S3 episode 'Last of the time Lords'

In that clip, a piano (At least, I think it's piano,) starts up at around 05 and goes until around 0:43, when it starts to transition into a different song, (Gallifrey, Our Childhood, our Home or something along those lines.) but I want just that piano piece. I was wondering if it had a specific name and where to find it?
