Idease for recipes with fish for someone who hates fish.?

Ok, now I know that including fish in your diet is VERY important, but since I can't stand the taste of it, I've never eaten it.

I have recently stopped eating red meats, and I am starting to dislike chicken very much as this is all I'm having.

I have tried those frozen cod in butter sauce this week which wasn't too bad.

My question is this, can anyone give me a good tip of things to use within a recipe to disguise the taste of fish?
 
Are you allergic to fish?
Try garlic, garlic butter, oregano or orange peel.
Best to do is just take 2000mg of fish oil (in capsules) daily.
try turkey, wild games,
Lot of protein in many other things.
No sense torturing yourself
