Just a warning before you go any further: I HATE TWILIGHT. So anything pertaining to that field I won't accept. I want to write a book about a girl who figures out she's a vampire, except she's no ordinary vampire. She's a rare species that is cursed with drinking their own blood which is (obviously) deadly. I need a good explanation as to why these vampires drink their own blood, and I don't want a cliche of a science experiment gone wrong. Thanks for your help!
