i need a meal that makes me energized and ready to work my hardest, recently before my basketball games I would be worried if i ate too much i might have to drop a load in the middle of the game. Also the things i ate before a game ( pizza etc ) made me feel like crap and I feel exhausted running up and down the court. Whats a good Pre-game workout that makes me energized and my stomach feel good. Thanks this would help tons!!
