ideas for new tank~~~~~ please fish lovers help?

this week I’m getting a bigger tank (around 80 gal) I need ideas, I’m going to keep a 1 pleco ,1 dojo loach and my two goldfish in there and I need ideas for the layout of the tank like Live plants, and thing like that I want to make it look natural should I put big rocks or stay with my drift wood? Please help

(If the tank sound like it would be over stock please tell me and I get a bigger tank)

goldfish and loaches are not compatible because of water parameter requirements, as much as that sucks. Goldfish can live 20 years and more, and if you want them to live a fraction of that it's better to keep them in cold water that they like, instead of the warm water that tropicals like. They'll live for awhile, but not as long as they could potentially.

If you do decide to go with goldfish, I don't suggest using bogwood, since it lowers pH. Most amazonian fish like soft water, but goldfish like it to be a little harder. A great live plant is anubias, which roots on practically anything and doesn't need extra CO2 to survive. Java fern is another really good one. I've also had a lot of luck with amazon sword plants. These are all really common plants.

Your tank doesn't sound like it would be overstocked. It takes years for goldfish to get their huge size, and if they are kept in warmer water it may not happen at all. i do suggest getting a small breed of pleco, like the rubberlip, that only gets about 6 inches, so that he's not taking up a ton of room in your tank eventually.
 
Are you going to let complete strangers tell you what you like? If you like driftwood, go with it. If you like rocks, go with it. If you like both, go with it. As long as you have spots for the plec and dojo, the fish could care less. There's nothing like live plants, but make sure you set it up with proper lighting and substrate and choose tough leaved plants that grow easily. You are not overstocked as it is, and if you're good at maintenance can even add a goldfish or two, if they are a fancy variety.
