ideas for my short story please?

im writing a story about some person being trapped, so this is what i come up with so far: the the woman has locked her self in a hotel room because a man is chasing for her then she has a flashback which tells the reader how she got to be in that place but i dont know how she could of got in to that situation plleeease help
