Ideas for black and white film photography?

the assignment for my photography final is that I need to come up with my own "assignment." I must submit in writing what I want to photograph such as the idea and how. then later submit the photos i've taken based on my proposal for the assignment. my teacher is a hard grader so it cant be something simple such as "take pictures of random people." im hoping someone can give some ideas. i thought of taking pictures of places as well as people that give viewers a feeling of sadness or anger but it may be a little too difficult. any ideas can help and just to remind you all i will be using black and white film
